Device Collection

As we wind down the school year, the district has asked us to have all chromebooks/tablets and hotspots collected by the end of the day on Friday, May 28th for both in person and virtual learners.

Due to this, we are having all in-person learners leave their chromebooks at school starting next week and they will not have access to them after Tuesday, May 25th.

All virtual learners may drop off their chromebooks on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, May 26, 27, or 28 between 8am and 3pm.

We realize this may be mean the virtual learners cannot join class after turning it in if this is the only device they have. Teachers have been asked to provide paper copies of work, choice boards, or activities for the virtual learners.

When turning in chromebooks/tablet and hot spots, please remember to bring the devices, stylus (K-2 tablets only), chargers, carrying cases and headphones (if you received any from school).

If any items are missing or damaged, there may be a fine placed on your student’s account.
