CALLING ALL HENDERSON HAWKS

Reflections is a nation-wide arts competition, sponsored by the PTA. It is open to ALL students and fosters creativity and self-expression. Students are encouraged to submit works inspired by this year’s theme, “Look Within”, in the following categories: Dance Choreography, Film Production, Literature, Music Composition, Photography, and Visual Arts. 

Winners are chosen based on interpretation of the theme and creativity – not solely on artistic talent. Last year, HMES had its largest number of students ever advance to both the county and the state level.

Let’s strive for even more participation this year and show Georgia and the USA what a STEAM school can do!

Entry forms and instructions can be picked up the Media Center (library) or the Art Room with Ms. Lopez. Submissions are due Wednesday, October 16^th.
