During the giving season of this highly unusual year, the HMES Foundation is kicking off a winter donation period to help us begin 2021 strong. Between now and Dec. 31, 2020, you can use https://www.gagives.org/Hmes to direct your giving to our school and benefit from the tax write-off before the year closes out. With STEAM as our school community’s priority, programs the HMES Foundation have supported include:

All these incredible opportunities, plus so many more behind-the-scenes improvements, have been funded thanks to your, and our community’s, generosity. Unfortunately, due to the global pandemic, our 2020 March Mania campaign was cut short this year and our funds are considerably less than previous years.

But this year, more than ever, our students and teachers need that support.

Our teachers have worked tirelessly to energize, inspire, and educate our children every single day, bringing enthusiasm and compassion into the online classroom.

If you have the ability to help, our teachers, our students, and our incredible elementary school will greatly benefit. Donations will go immediately to helping our teachers improve their virtual classroom platforms through educational tools as well as professional development. Your contributions will also support our students’ favorite STEAM programming and kickstart a massive HMES Garden revitalization and expansion, Project GROW, to provide a fully functional outdoor classroom and hands-on learning space.
