Informational Meeting about the
Comprehensive Master Plan
The team developing the Comprehensive Master Plan will hold an informational session on February 25, 2021, from 6-7:30 pm. You will get an overview of the planning process, how you can participate, and what to expect in the months ahead.
Not sure what the Comprehensive Master Plan (aka CMP) is all about?
Read more here: https://www.dekalbschoolsga.org/comprehensive-master-plan/
This CMP process includes an evaluation of all school and administrative facilities, as well as the infrastructure to support the educational mission of the District. This process includes gathering data about school facilities that will be used to develop priorities for the next Educational Special Purpose Local Option Sales Tax (E-SPLOST) project list.
In short, the CMP will help DCDS make decisions about building or renovating schools and facilities, redistricting, where to have programs, etc.
Questions for the team can be submitted in advance at this email address: [email protected]
